Our Philosophy of Ministry At TIME ministries, we seek to be a help ministry. We see the chance to help connect groups with churches in need of additional resources. Our ministry isn't just to our host churches, but also to our sending groups. Our ministry to our groups means that we help them prepare for the trip, take care of all logistical issues, provide proper guidance and instruction on the field, and seek to make an impact in the lives of each person on the trip. Although our missionaries seeks to come along side existing church leaders in our host churches, we strongly encourage them to find ministry opportunities in the church where they can use their God given spiritual gifts for the good of the body. This can include anything from helping out with a youth group to community development ministry and outreach. Another aspect to our philosophy is that we embrace the idea of ministering in communities of teams. The team approach to ministry allows our staff to more fully focus on areas where they are gifted and helps to decrease burn out. Positions On Our Teams Site Director The Site Director leads a team of 4 to 6 missionaries and casts the vision for the overall ministry of the site. Must be over 21 with the preferred education of a bachelors degree and 5 years ministry experience. Assistant Site Director The Assistant will help the director oversee the day to day operations. Must be over 21 with the preferred education of 2 years of bible or a bachelors degree and 2 years of ministry experience. We currently have a need for Assistants at our Dallas, Queretaro, and Santo Domingo Sites. Team Member Team Members will take on various assigned ministry tasks and will help with the general operation of the site as needed.
